**Your New Role**

As an Administrative Assistant you will provide support to the Team at Peninsula Grange in Mornington.

You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

What does your new role look like?
- Maintaining client and staff database/records
- Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders
- Providing efficient, friendly, and professional service to all internal/external customers
- Assisting with facility accounts and bank processing in an accurate and timely manner
- This is part time role which would include at least one day weekend cover with the flexibility to pick up leave cover ,up to 20 hours per week.
- The Days of work are Sunday 9am to 2pm, Monday & Tuesday 9am to 5pm.
- The location of the role is 2 booker Avenue in Mornington.
