**The Business**:
This highly successful Construction firm specialise in delivering unique and tailored services to their extensive clients throughout Victoria, with a vision to expand nationally. The firm was established on the Peninsula, due to popular demand and growth.
**The Role**:
**10.00am - 2.00pm (School hours) for 5 days per week.**
**The Responsibilities**:
As the Office Manager you will be responsible for Accounts, Administration and providing high level support to the Director and team. Some of your actual duties will include:
- Manage accounts payable/receivable
- Account reconciliations
- Manage all office expenses
- Process monthly payroll
- Liaise with external Accountant
- Assist the Director as required
- Manage various databases and spreadsheets
- Identify and implement process improvement
- Other administrative tasks as required

To be successful for this role it is imperative that you possess....
- Strong proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to work effectively within a small team
- **Advanced MS Office skills and Xero**:
- **Advanced Excel skills**:
- A proactive manner with strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Demonstrate an adaptative and resilient nature
- Ability to build and develop internal and external relationships
