**The role**
This is a multi-faceted role which will give you the opportunity to work across multiple business units in a highly successful company. You will have the chance to participate in special projects and have an impact on the function.

As the Office and Sales Administrator you will find yourself:

- Providing administrative support to some of the global senior leadership team including travel coordination, diary management and credit card reconciliation.
- Coordinating and supporting functions, conferences and events.
- Producing a regular global newsletter for the division.
- Supporting the Asia-Pac Sales Administrator as required to ensure orders are processed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Providing quotes and reporting, monitoring the progress of outstanding orders.
- Supporting the sales team in providing an excellent service experience for all customers.

**To be successful in this role**
In addition to being approachable, professional and forward thinking, you will:

- have significant experience in a senior administration role and providing accurate record keeping.
- be passionate about providing an excellent client/customer service experience and have the capability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- have the ability to innovate and think outside the box
- new ideas or suggestions for improvements are welcome here.
- Have articulate communication skills and be talented in managing competing priorities.
