**About the Opportunities**:
Accepting appplications for qualified and passionate TAFE teachers.

Examples of duties you may perform will include:

- Provide students with high quality and relevant training and delivery of designated courses
- Preparation, assessment and provision of student support toward competence
- Timely and accurate recording of student attendance/ participation on an endorsed attendance register
- Follow up students who have been absent for 2 consecutive sessions and contribute to establishing appropriate support strategies including pastoral care
- Contribute to collegiate discussions on student progress
- Maintain regulatory teacher compliance records as directed, including annual teacher matrix demonstrating currency for units delivered
- Timely and accurate maintenance of relevant student administration, records and resulting on systems.

**About you**:

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or TAE40110 with required upskill units TAEASS502 and TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A.
- Undergraduate and/or post graduate qualification in the education field (with a relevant undergraduate qualification).
- TESOL qualification (that included a minimum of 22 days/60 hours supervised TESOL teaching practicum).
- VE Class (employee) Working with Children Check or current VIT registration to be able to undertake this role.
