An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced SIL Manager to lead Supported Independent Living (SIL) services across 4 locations in Western and North of Melbourne. You will manage a team of over 40 employees, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services for clients, individuals with disabilities.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced SIL Manager to lead Supported Independent Living (SIL) services across 4 locations in Western and North of Melbourne. You will manage a team of over 40 employees, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services for clients, individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage SIL services, ensuring high-quality consumer-centered outcomes for clients
- Support the team across 4 sites.
- Oversee operational and financial performance.
- Complete and manage rostering, training and daily management of the SIL's and staff members
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Relevant qualifications in Disability or Community Services.
- Certificate IV in Disabilities
- Diploma of Community Services
- Proven management experience in the disability sector.
- Strong knowledge of NDIS guidelines and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
