**What’s the opportunity?**
We are looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to join our Brisbane Campus to provide our internal and external customers with an exceptional experience upon every interaction. This role will involve a high level of administrative support to support high level of service delivery to our customers. This role will be based in our Brisbane Campus, Monday-Friday.

**What will I do?**

Resolving client queries which includes acting as the escalation point on campus to resolve client matters.
- Proactive classroom/student management and maintenance
- Equipment and classroom setup for every class

Basic hardware management (identify and troubleshooting problems in classroom, public areas and staff/ office locations)

Cleanliness, room presentation

Communicating WHS requirements to students and staff
- Communicating and supporting training communication to student- Trainer management
- Provide training and support to trainers onsite for use of all equipment

Provide first level support for trainers - troubleshooting, customised room set up etc
- Support our trainers by managing special requests and student meal orders.- Campus Management
- Manage Company and Group Events on campus

Facilitate key Group messaging/ communications across all companies on campus
- Manage support services; cleaning, air conditioning, building maintenance, compliance with fire and security, campus suppliesSales support including generating quotes, calling clients from sales call lists, live chat responses, outbound client calls, client reporting, allocation of enquiries, creation of new leads, adding Purchase Orders to courses

Administration Support including entering and analysing course evaluations, following up with tentative bookings, updating student records, ensuring students have course ware, ordering office supplies
- Booking management, processing of bookings, transfers, cancellations, invoicing, adding contacts to Edgar, Merging of Contacts & Accounts, Change of ownership for Contacts & Accounts, Creation of opportunities and quotations.

A minimum of 3 years Customer Service experience

Effective time management skills, and ability to take initiative in the workplace.
