The Role*
A fantastic role for someone looking for their next career move and wanting to join a great business with a great culture. The Customer Service Representative forms an integral part of our Customer Service Team and works alongside a small team to schedule work for our branches across Victoria. The role will provide support to our Branch Managers, Installers, Clients and Construction Supervisors to ensure that our trucks arrive on site & on time and ready with the right products to install our height safety systems.

About You*
You are someone that is willing to go the extra mile and incredibly helpful by nature, you will love a laugh with your colleagues, and bring a great energy to our team You love variety and being busy, working seamlessly to ensure smooth operating processes for our field teams.
You will have had exposure to customer service, perhaps in your first job in retail, hospitality, reception or admin and be savvy with a computer, but for us - it really is about attitude and willingness to learn, we can teach the rest

Key Responsibilities*
- Schedule jobs between trucks to service various building sites for our branches
- Liaising closely with Branch Managers, sales teams and other departments within the company regarding stock levels, allocation of staff, customer satisfaction
- Reactive & proactive approach - Trouble shoot, problem solve and resolve concerns or issues, and working with a continuous improvement mindset
- Admin responsibilities of entering orders, taking bookings
- Manage deadlines and targets

**Skills & Key Attributes**
- Experience in a similar role, including liaising with customers
- Excellent communication skills; both verbally and written and excellent telephone manner
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and follow through ability
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills
- Problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team environment.
