**About this Opportunity**

Ngaanyatjarra Construction and Maintenance Services (NCAMS) is currently looking for a full-time Daily Scheduler to join our team.

Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader, this role is responsible for ensuring our communities receive the services they need to thrive by providing administrative support to the wider maintenance team and effectively capturing work order details.
- Reschedule the current weeks maintenance schedule with the aim of achieving all work of the current schedule, as well as identifying work not completed in the previous days.
- Create solutions and solve problems with the aim of avoiding the cancellation or rescheduling of current scheduled work.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the department.
- Assist the Field supervisor in managing the delivery of the schedule, daily monitoring of the status of all work, and updating the daily supervisor as well as the work log.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in an Administration role.
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Stakeholder management.
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs and navigating software programs.
- Knowledge of trades relevant to domestic housing and the building industry (domestic maintenance and new construction).
- Understanding of remote travel and the challenges this can present for tradespeople.
- Compassion and a desire to ensure that assets are available for daily use by tenants.
