**Company Overview**:
Infravision is a dynamic and growing company that specialises in UAS enabled climate technology solutions both here in Australia and globally. Our team is made up of passionate and driven individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Operations to join our team located in Sydney, NSW.

**Job Summary**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead, motivate and enable a team of employees, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee and manage the operations of the company, ensuring that all goals are met
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure all operations are carried out in compliance with our CASA and ISO requirements.
- Ensure the highest levels of Health, Safety, Quality and Environment standards are maintained.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Support Infravision Sales and Technology divisions with operational and technical support services through our research and development activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all operations are aligned with company objectives
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, clients and suppliers
- Ensure that all operations comply with regulatory requirements and standards
- Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

**Your Qualifications and Experience - Required**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management in energy construction and/or aviation environments
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional project management and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation
- Solid understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and standards.

**Company Requirements and Expectations**
