**About the role**:
In this newly created role, you will be leading the Financial Reporting and Operations team for ARN, including all aspects of ASX financial reporting, while implementing and overseeing best in class financial systems, processes, and controls. This role reports directly into the CFO and leads a team of 15 Finance Professionals. This is a role where you can truly make an impact and shape the way the function operates.

**About you**:

- Provide leadership to the Reporting and Operations, Tax, and Internal Assurance and Risk teams.
- Work closely with the Head of Finance - Commercial, to deliver month end reporting, annual budgets and forecasts.
- Develop and implement a roadmap for process, technology and control enhancements to facilitate the streamlining and automation of financial processes across tax, treasury, financial reporting, financial control, etc.
- Lead the planning and execution of all financial compliance activities and ensure accurate, timely and efficient compliance reporting, including:

- Managing the relationship with external auditors
- Managing the delivery of the annual audit
- Preparation and presentation of accounting papers for the Audit and Risk Committee
- Preparation of the annual report
- Ensure the early identification and resolution of accounting technical and tax matters, including impairment, revenue recognition, etc
- Lead and manage treasury operations
