**Q1** Group is an Australian-wide professional services consultancy. We are Cyber Security specialists that deliver expert on-shore consulting solutions to protect the reputation and security of Australia’s top-tier organisations.

**Our client** is one of the most highly reputable entertainment groups, a leading operator and developer of integrated resorts in Australia.

**The Role **as customer front-facing onboarding and verification consultant will ensure and meet customer service and compliance on-site at the entry point, including activities conducting Identity verification checks on the customer's eligibility to enter and able to access the secured site.

The Customer Onboarding Consultant will assist the incoming customers with the company's loyalty system for information updates making sure relevant policies and procedures, as well as maintaining accurate records and reporting.

Due to the nature of the business, you will be required to work on a rotating shift and generally 8 hours a day on a 40-hour week where shifts will be arranged 3-4 weeks in advance, working hours over a 24-hour period.

**Requirements Mandatory**
- Must be double vaccinated
- Must be available to work on rotating shifts
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Customer service experience is essential.
- KYC/AML experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Onboarding/customer verification experience is desirable.
- Preferably Mandarin, Vietnamese & Cantonese speaking, but not essential.
