**Your Contribution**:

- Consistently display the ECQ and Queensland Government values, ensuring that these are upheld at all levels of the organisation.
- Develop, implement and review executive support systems and procedures within ECQ to ensure that they operate in accordance with the relevant requirements and standards.
- Maintain effective time management practices for the Executive Director Election Management and Executive Director Digital Technology including coordinating diary appointments, meetings and conferences, venues, processing travel arrangements, and accommodation, and monitoring important issues and following up action items.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and prioritise correspondence and administrative documents, using appropriate software programs and adhering to relevant standards.
- Identify the need to prioritise and facilitate the timely preparation of briefing notes on matters for discussion with public and private sector executives and representatives.
- Coordinate, maintain and review administrative procedures and systems.
- Prepare agendas and take minutes for meetings as required.
- Assist in managing high level correspondence to the Executive Director Election Management and Executive Director Digital Technology, identifying urgent or contentious issues requiring immediate attention.
- Assist in managing the travel requirements including flights, accommodation and car hire of all ECQ staff through the Queensland Government's CTM travel portal.
- Undertake research and prepare, review and/or progress reports, briefing notes, submissions and executive correspondence in accordance with established protocols and practices.
- Contribute to specific projects assigned by the Commissioner.
