**Purpose of the Role**

Join our team to create top digital experiences for customers, engaging with senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional features in a complex financial system. Focused on customer experience, you'll help maintain leading web platforms for quoting, selling, and managing insurance policies. As a key member, you’ll bridge development and business functions, ensuring priorities and outcomes are clear, and work closely with our dedicated UX/UI team.

**Position Accountabilities**
- Design and deliver customer-focused digital solutions for insurance policies.
- Prioritize and execute key parts of a strategic delivery stream.
- Perform Agile duties with your delivery team.
- Contribute to a Community of Practice for Product Owner alignment.
- Ensure consistent digital customer experience.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to meet complex business requirements.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts on requirements, stories, and tasks.
- Approve features with the testing team before release.

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- 2+ years Agile experience.
- Experience with large, complex technology stacks, stakeholder management, improving customer journeys, and facilitating workshops.

- Agile delivery methodologies.
- Financial and regulated industries.
