**About You**

The Communications Advisor will Contribute to communication design, development, quality review and the editing, delivery and maintenance of content information, images and video, to reflect the Department of Planning and Environment (DPE) brand and needs of partners across multiple channels.
- Undertake customer-centric communication and content design, development and quality review, to deliver quality content that reflect DPE’s corporate identity and achieves objectives.
- Manage the development and implementation of content and communication strategies, standards, guidelines and services for DPE to deliver business and promotional activities across multiple channels.
- Produce and edit communication that meets content, design, delivery and brand standards and requirements, while prioritising customer needs and providing enhanced access, experiences and services.
- Manage digital systems to deliver content that is optimised for delivery interface/s, information architectures, discoverability and accessibility.

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Experience in using information and visual design principles to deliver customer-centric products and organisational outcomes.

**Essential requirement**
- Tertiary qualifications in related discipline and/or relevant equivalent experience.
- Ability to work after hours, including weekends, as required
