Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Manager, this role assists with the execution of internal communications strategies to drive employee engagement and understanding of the company's business goals and objectives.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Providing communications support to the Corporate Affairs Manager, including development of communication materials and delivery of communication plans
- Supporting the delivery of change management and project communication materials
- Producing weekly and monthly e-news content to a diverse workforce
- Tracking, measuring and regularly improving communication materials and channels
- Delivering communications content that is timely, consistent and on-message to ensure alignment to business strategy and s purpose
- Developing dynamic and engaging content that motivates and informs employees including online, written, video, photography, and presentation material
- Delivering internal communications advice, support and material to drive employee engagement and understanding of business objectives, as well as the successful delivery of change programs
- Supporting the execution of the business unit wide internal communication plans in support of the Corporate Affairs strategy, to engage and inspire our people
- Providing event and content support to ensure the successful delivery of face-to-face engagement
- Being a master of language, guiding the business to create extraordinary communication outcomes

**You will have**:

- Tertiary qualified in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or similar
- Demonstrable internal communications experience, together with exposure working with SharePoint
- Proven industry experience in Communications / Journalism / Corporate Affairs or similar discipline (essential)
- At least 3-4 years’ experience in developing and delivering effective communications, with a demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative
