**Role Summary**:
The Customer Training Specialist is a newly created 12 month opportunity in our Customer Training team based at our Perth CBD office.
The purpose of the role is to scope, design, develop, deliver and evaluate learning and development initiatives for the Customer Business Unit. The projects assigned will predominately be strategic initiatives, that uplift capability to positively impact business performance.
**Key responsibilities of the role include**:
- Support the design and development of all training materials related to the CX360 project. The CX360 project is the implementation of a new CRM system (Salesforce) and telephony system (Genesys).
- Measure the effectiveness of the developed learning materials.
- Conduct skills gap analysis to identify training needs.
- Collaborate with the project team, ensure clarity on your responsibilities, and provide regular updates on progress and identified project risks.
- Support pre and post system implementation activities to ensure the overall project success.
**What you’ll bring**:
- TAE40116 Cert IV in Training and Assessment or 10893NAT Cert IV in Learning Design and Facilitation or 5+ years of experience in senior learning and development roles.
- Experience with analysis, design, development and evaluation of learning programs.
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools such Articulate Rise and Storyline.
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Experience with the design, development and delivery on learning programs in a contact centre and/or customer facing environment will be highly regarded.
