In Store Operations & Training Specialist - QSR | Perth

We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a fast-growing hospitality business within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. We are looking for someone who is ready to take that next step in their career with a real passion for training and developing teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading brand that prioritizes operational excellence and team development. You’ll play a key role in supporting franchise partners, driving operational standards, and enhancing store performance across multiple locations.
About the Role:
As an In-Store Operations & Training Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving store-level operational standards. You’ll work directly with franchise partners and store leaders to ensure they are equipped to meet and exceed company performance metrics while upholding brand values. This role involves hands-on training, coaching, and supporting operational plans to boost efficiency, sales, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Ensure franchise stores operate according to company guidelines by implementing and training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and action plans.
- Training & Development: Assist in developing franchise partners, store leaders, and their teams through structured training programs. Deliver in-store training and ensure compliance with training standards.
- Performance Optimization: Provide coaching and guidance to help stores achieve sales targets, upselling goals, and other key metrics. Use data to identify areas for improvement and drive better performance.
- Marketing Support: Work with franchise partners to execute national and local marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with brand standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and implement best practices to improve customer experience and profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1-2 years of in-store Restaurant Management experience in the QSR/fast casual sector is an absolute must.
- Strong communication skills with a passion for training and team development.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret performance data and guide stores toward operational improvements.
- Willingness to travel and attend regular meetings and training sessions.
- Committed to maintaining brand standards and values.
