**About the role**:
Arrotex Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support Distribution and the overall Supply Chain function. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, responsible for monitoring inventory adjustments, loading and delivery schedules and deviations, and data reporting.
**What your day might look like**:
- Work directly with the Logistics Team Leader and Distribution and Freight Manager to track the customer order life cycle
- Organise local deliveries
- Manage daily and weekly operational excellence checks
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all current and ongoing tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
**Skills we’re looking for**:
- Demonstrated experience in a warehouse/ inventory control/ distribution/ customer service role or similar
- Experience with finance and inventory ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced, proactive analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Well-developed organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise
