**About this Role**

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and business support to our CEO and supports them in the achievement of their strategic priorities.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Assisting with management of competing CEO time, focus and priorities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support the achievement of the CEO’s goals and objectives
- Calendar management on behalf of the CEO to schedule meetings and activities based on organisational priorities
- Working closely with the Board Administrative Officer, who supports the scheduling of Board and sub-committee meetings, drafting of agendas and preparation, collation and distribution of relevant documents
- Planning and organising meetings, events, functions and workshops as required
- Coordinating travel requirements for the CEO and others within the organisation as required
- Drafting communications, agendas, documents and presentations as required
- Maintaining file management (hard copy and electronic)
