**The Company**

Fast growing company, Royal Formwork Solutions, is a major concrete formwork construction supplier & distributor with national presence in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Over the last 50 years the company has built a reputation as being market leader, and delivering an exceptional level of customer service for total formwork solutions in supply and/or hire to our customers, being contractors, builders and sole traders. Due to continued growth and business expansion, the Melbourne branch is looking for additional account manager to join the team.

**The Opportunity**

Great opportunity for an enthusiastic Account Manager willing and able to develop and grow themselves and our client base plus maintain & service an established client base in concrete formwork industry.

**The Role**

It is essential for this person to be self-motivation, reliable and be prepared to show flexibility when needed with sales & marketing. This person needs to be willing to learn and be cooperative in a friendly company environment to assist the sales team to drive.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Increase business with actively seeking to grow customer base by warm calling
- Maintain and service existing customer base
- Dealing with customers - assisting with orders & deliveries
- Counter service and assist with office/warehouse duties as required

**The Requirements**
- Extensive knowledge & understanding of the building & construction industry
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Develop new & existing customers
- Possess the ability to multi task & follow instructions
- A proven track record of delivering sales & working to KPI'
- The ability to work independently
- If you have a can-do attitude coupled with a first-rate work ethic along with a willingness to learn within a team environment
