This job is a temporary position with the possibility for extension.

The role:

- flexible part time working hours - 20-24 hours per week
- Immediate start for 6 weeks, possible extension

Duties & Responsibilities:
As part of the Contracts department you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team with diverse Admin tasks, especially around Invoice processing

The administration officer will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

- Process invoices for payment utilising Xero.

Handle office tasks and other duties that support business operations
- Prepare cash payment summaries, banking reports and bank statements if required
- Report writing, collating and distributing documents

Job requirements:

- Previous 12-month experience in Administration or Reception
- Previous experience utilising Xero required
- Have strong attention to detail, computer planning skills to manage multiple priorities
- The ability to communicate, written and verbally, clearly, and effectively with all levels of internal staff and external clients
- Valid working rights
