My client is looking to bring someone on who has a drive to succeed, wants to work hard and who has relevant transferrable skills
The Client- A well-established Strata specialist who are expanding their business and team. With a collection of Strata experience that surpasses most bigger companies, this boutique business is looking to bring in a fresh strata admin assistant to join the work family.

- Support and assist a team of Strata Managers, be mentored by the best.
- Strata Administration ad-hoc duties.
- Assisting with managing repairs and maintenance for the Bodies Corporates.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (including Body Corporate and Trades People) as required.
- Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations).
- Full training is provided for tasks and processes that you are not familiar with.
- 6+ months experience in Body Corporate or relevant transferrable skills across Real Estate or Property.
- A great can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Excellent presentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
