What the role is about
The Programmatic Operations Specialist will play an important role in the day-to-day operations and management of REA’s programmatic activity (OMP), from both a data and analytics perspective but additionally at the techincal level also. In addition, the Programmatic Operations Specialist is responsible for:
- Working closely with the Yield and Analytics Manager, Automated Trading and Technical Programmatic Operations Manager and Account Partners to look at areas of growth for the open market but also to work on solutions to drive OMP spends into PMP/PG spends- Monitor the performance of OMP activity and deliver insights/reporting to our exchange partners to ensure that campaigns are delivering on agreed metrics- Proactively identifying and communicating revenue opportunities via analysis of Open Exchange activity and PMP performance- Be a support for escalation points for technical issues and troubleshooting which involves working closely with our supply vendors to find resolutions- Together with our Yield and Analytics Manager manage programmatic reporting, billing and compliance for our data partners- Working collaboratively with the Media Sales team and maintain relationships with our exchange partners
Who we’re looking for- Solid understanding of the digital media programmatic landscape, ideally from an operations/technical or agency background (min 2 years+)- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills- Fast operator, ability to see potential issues and resolve in a timely manner- Proficiency in MS Office programs including Excel- Who looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens- Who works productively in a fast paced and agile environment - #gsd (urban dictionary will help on this one)
