**Location**: Perth - SOR
**Hours**: Part-time (with room to grow)
**Work from Home**: Flexibility to fit your lifestyle
**About us**
Dynamic Ability is a registered NDIS provider specialising in psychosocial support.
As a small but growing provider, we're making our mark by delivering personalised, high-quality services to individuals living with mental health challenges, as well as those with psychosocial, cognitive, and developmental disabilities. While psychosocial disabilities are our specialty, our approach is holistic and person-centred, making us an ideal fit for anyone seeking a comprehensive, whole-person approach that supports both their immediate needs and long-term well-being.
Offering a wide range of capacity-building supports, we proudly serve most areas of South and South-East Metropolitan Perth, Mandurah, and the Peel Region.
Our core values—integrity, respect, and empowerment—guide every aspect of our work. We are committed to delivering high-quality, strengths-based services that are tailored to meet each individual's unique needs. Our goal is to make a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of those we support, empowering them to develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
**About the role**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate NDIS Support Coordinator/Specialist Support Coordinator to join our growing team at Dynamic Ability PTY LTD. This part-time position offers the flexibility to fit your lifestyle while providing essential support to clients with complex needs. As a Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in helping participants navigate the NDIS system, access the services they need, and achieve their personal goals. You’ll be responsible for developing tailored support plans, coordinating a network of service providers, and ensuring that each participant receives the holistic care they deserve.
This role is not just about coordination—it's about making a real difference in people's lives. You'll be working closely with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure that the support provided is effective, responsive, and truly aligned with their needs and aspirations. Whether you're helping participants build their capacity, advocating on their behalf, or navigating crises, your work will have a lasting and meaningful impact.
**Why join us?**
- **Visionary Leadership**: Join forces with Donna and Amanda, the Co-founders of Dynamic Ability. With over a decade of experience as Allied Health Professionals, our leadership is driven by a commitment to delivering transformative, person-centred services that truly make a difference in people’s lives. At Dynamic Ability, we don’t work for our clients—we work with them, ensuring their needs and goals are at the heart of everything we do.
- **Supportive Community**: At Dynamic Ability, we believe in the power of community. Our workplace culture is built on collaboration, positivity, and mutual support. Even within a work-from-home setup, you’ll feel connected and valued as part of a team that thrives on working together. We provide robust support systems to ensure you’re never working in isolation, fostering a truly collaborative environment no matter where you are.
- **Growth Opportunities**: We’re seeking someone eager to grow with us. Starting with a manageable caseload of Level 2 participants, you’ll have the opportunity to gradually expand your responsibilities as you become more comfortable in the role. As you settle in, you’ll take on Level 3 participants, with continuous professional development through ongoing training, regular supervision, and team meetings to keep you connected, informed, and supported.
- **Flexible Work-Life Balance**: Enjoy the benefits of part-time hours that suit your lifestyle, with the potential for expansion as your role grows. Our flexible work-from-home options allow you to maintain a healthy work-life balance, giving you the freedom to work in a way that fits your personal and professional needs.
- **Make a Real Impact**: Be part of a mission to empower individuals, enhance their well-being, and make a lasting, positive impact in the community. Your work at Dynamic Ability will contribute to meaningful change, helping people lead fulfilling lives and achieve their goals.
**What you'll be doing**
- Empower participants to understand and manage their NDIS plans
- Developing and implementing comprehensive support plans to meet the unique needs of each participant
- Encourage participants to exercise choice and control, aiming for increased capacity and self-reliance in directing their services and supports over time
- Coordinating a range of service providers and community supports to deliver integrated, holistic care
