Your Role
As Organisational Development (OD) Manager you will play a key role in defining and driving the organisation’s culture journey through successful design and delivery of vital culture and transformation projects.
Key focuses:
- Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders, proactively identifying challenges and developing innovative solutions to enable the workforce;
- Evolve the existing culture road map, ensuring its ability to drive organisational effectiveness and deliver on strategic goals;
- Continue to embed values across the organisation;
- Design and deliver a future focused performance framework;
- Lead the development and implementation of the leadership and capability strategy and frameworks.
About You
You are agile, tenacious and thrive in an environment where you can take ownership and make a difference. Your proven OD experience will demonstrate your ability to deliver creative, compelling and business focused solutions.
Additionally, you will have:
- Demonstrated success in design and delivery of strategic OD solutions;
- Capability to think ‘big sky’ and innovatively to challenge the norm;
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate how OD and the broader People function add value;
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills that allow you to influence and build trust at all levels;
- A passion for utilising data and metrics to inform decisions and influence;
- Strong project management experience and results focus.
