**The Role**

Based in our Adelaide Office you will assist the Chief Operations Officer of Labour Hire in driving performance excellence in the Labour Hire Division.

You will lead and support a small team of Labour Hire Administrators to successfully deliver the required outcomes, whilst ensuring compliance with relevant State based Labour Hire Licencing obligations.

In addition to leadership and support of a small administration team, this role is responsible for:

- Routine monitoring of to ensure compliance to and overall assignment viability;
- Scheduled review of processes to identify opportunities for improvement;
- The provision of administrative support to Labour Hire Services team and customer service to all users of this department including employers, job seekers and industry organisation;
- Assist account managers and business development Manager to undertake and complete some field tasks during periods of peak workload

**About You**

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills and experience;
- Experience in an office environment including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly working with complex documents, spreadsheets and data bases);
- Demonstrated ability in leading and supporting operational staff in the execution of their duties;
- Excellent time management and planning skills, with an ability to flexibly manage competing priorities and high-pressure situations;
- Ability to identify improvements to current operational processes;
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion

You will be required to undertake a National Police Check for this role.
