**Who Are We?**

**The Role**
A casual based role working with a variety of clients, you will perform 1:1 assessment service, manage treatment plans, and support clients in their return to work goals, including:

- Take ownership of the administrative support function for the rehabilitation team
- Subject matter expert for the prevailing referral management system (Vinci - training provided)
- Find and enact solutions to administrative queries that support the team.
- Assist with general administration activities to support the wider business.
- Physical pre-employment health assessments
- Functional assessments
- Fitness for duty assessments
- Drug and alcohol assessments
- Report writing
- Assisting with treatment plans with senior consultants
- Rehabilitation case management for clients
- Assisting with general administration activities to support the wider business.

**Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience?**
- Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist who is either qualified or in your 4th year of study
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent organisation & time management skills
- Exceptional written, communication & negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills
- Current Australian Driver’s License
- A passion for health and well-being, injury prevention and assisting people recover or return to work
- The ability to work in a team environment and autonomously Desirable
- Previous Allied Health Experience
- Drug and Alcohol Testing Accreditation
- Case Management Experience
- Sound Knowledge of VINCI Database
- Knowledge of workers Compensation and WHS legislation
