About the Role:
As a Speech Therapist, you will work collaboratively with other Allied Health professionals to support patients spanning from early childhood to adulthood.
You will be responsible for providing professional and clinical care to all patients.
The key duties and responsibilities of the Speech Therapist include:
- Developing and implementing speech pathology intervention strategies for caseloads using various service delivery models
- Evaluating the effectiveness of speech pathology programs
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
- Participating as an active member in all aspects of multi-disciplinary team activities
- Contributing to community education and promotion of speech pathology services
- Maintaining and upgrading professional skills
- Adhering to company policies at all times
About You:
To be considered for this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, possessing:
- A degree in Speech Pathology
- Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A current police clearance
- A current WA Working with Children Check and NDIS worker check
- A current driving license
- Full Australian working rights
The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
