We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Development Support Team.

**Key responsibilities of the position include**:

- Provides an effective and efficient customer service for the Council by direct customer contact both face to face and via the telephone.
- Responsible for prioritising and managing the distribution of weekly and daily tasks with other Development Support Officers.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Proven Experience in customer service (both face to face and via the telephone) is desirable.
- Experience in dealing with members of the public.
- Experience in working with computer systems, with good keyboard and literacy skills.
- Experience in generating letters and notices, using templates, and updating spreadsheets in Excel and in Teams.

This is a Level 2 position which has a current salary range of $75,018 - $81,262 per annum (plus superannuation).
