By leveraging skills, knowledge and experience gained from working and innovating in the maturing digital environment, we enhance the design and delivery of library services for an exceptional user experience.

The Client Relationship Officer works within the Client Services team to deliver high-impact information services to all Library clients, stakeholders and community members, ensuring pro-active client relationship engagement across multiple locations and service environments. You will be skilled and confident in your ability to connect clients to information resources using a range of technologies across Library platforms both in person and online. You will have highly developed communication skills that ensure effective client referrals to specialised Library information services.
