Officer, Australia Minaret College Full time

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Engaging with diverse stakeholders (teachers, parents, students, management and public) to create effective communications platforms to build a favourable understanding of Minaret College’s policies and practices.
- Planning and creating publicity materials (including digital content) for Officer campus to encourage enrolment and raise awareness of the Campus's unique offerings, and enhance its reputation as a leading Islamic College
- Drafting press releases, conducting media relations and identifying spokespersons
- Providing counsel to management, pre-empting and managing issues
- Organizing special events to promote goodwill and positive coverage and publicity for Minaret College Officer Campus.
- Attending business, social and other functions to promote the Minaret College Officer Campus
- To plan, develop, implement and evaluate information and communication strategies that create an understanding and a favourable view of the campus and its role in the community.

**Skills, Education & Qualifications**
- Appropriate university degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in public relations and/or marketing
- Experience in working with youth
- Excellent oral and written skills, and able to cater to the Campus’s various stakeholder groups
- Good analytical skills, resourceful and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- A minimum of 8 years experience required

**Salary**: $56,818.98 - $132,111.41 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Officer, Vic 3809: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
