**Who are we looking for?**

We are on the lookout for a Community Mobiliser to assist in the social mobilization and organizational aspects of project implementation. The duties include planning, executing, and monitoring project activities, attending and conducting meetings with various community groups, organizing trainings related to agriculture, technical skills, social issues, and women’s empowerment, maintaining project records, collecting data for impact studies and case studies, building linkages between the community and government departments or other agencies, and performing any other tasks assigned by the organization.

**At WOTR you will**
- Assist in the social mobilization and organizational aspects of project implementation.
- Assist in planning, execution and monitoring as well as assist in monitoring and reviewing of activities in the project area.
- Attend and conduct meetings of Gram Sabha, VDC, SHGs, farmer groups etc.
- Organise agriculture, technical, social and women-related project level trainings for representatives, SHGs members, Farmers groups, village Organisations (VO), and VDC members on project objectives.
- Be responsible for keeping project records as prescribed by the Project Manager
- Support the Project Manager to collect the data for impact studies, case studies, Photo documentation etc.
- Build linkages of the community with the Govt. departments and other agencies
- Perform any other task assigned by the organization from time to time.
- Graduation in Social Work/ Sociology
- Any Graduate with 3 years of experience of working with rural communities
- Basic understanding of MS Office and other computer software is desirable
- Fluency in speaking Odiya language is must and understanding of Hindi is desirable
- Willing to stay, travel and work in remote villages.
