Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the gift shop's product offerings and industry trends to effectively meet customer needs and preferences.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the management team to set sales goals, budgets, and forecasts.
**Qualifications**:
- High school or equivalent.
- Experience in successfully managing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team building skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, team members and management.
- Passion for retail and a deep understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Experience in retail or gift shops is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week
**Salary**: $88,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
