Position Summary:
HR Partners is excited to join forces with ATSICHS in the search for an outstanding Human Resource Advisor to partner with leaders in their goal to deliver access to community health care services throughout South East Queensland. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership team as they execute the organisation's transformation in the People and Culture space. Your contributions will be instrumental in supporting teams to consistently deliver high-quality care across our health care network.

Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, you will be a member of a tight knit team that champions compliance and instils the highest standards of HR practices and project management. If you possess ambition and a creative approach that brings out the best in people, this presents a remarkable opportunity for you to make a profound impact.

Role Duties:

- Collaborate with the People and Culture Manager to execute the HR organisational direction and talent management strategy.
- Support Senior Leadership to ensure policies and procedures are effective and aligned with best practices.
- Foster a culture of collaboration with department managers and team leaders to promote employee recognition, performance management, and career growth.
- Provide professional and best-practice advice to department leads, ensuring the prosperity and development of employees across the business.
- Facilitate an uplift in L&D, compliance, and safety to achieve performance in line with Queensland's high health care benchmarks.

About You:

- You will bring extensive experience in navigating various EA and IR structures, ideally within the community services, NFP or health care sector.
- You have a proven track record of effectively addressing complex HR issues within an organisation, valuing the importance of EAP and wellness-support.
- Your passion lies in bringing out the best in people with diverse needs and backgrounds.
- You are innovative and courageous in presenting ideas to managers and senior leadership, ensuring the organisation's positive and purpose-driven growth.
