About the Role
Duties
Assist in the coordination of P&C activities.
Maintain ATSICHS HR files.
Provide administrational support to P&C Team.
Commit to a high level of quality management for ATSICHS through use of LogiQC quality management systems.
Commit to ongoing continuous quality improvement processes with annual reviews into the efficiency of service provision.
Provide assistance in the onboarding of new employees.
Cultivate productive working relationships at all levels, which support the nurturing of internal and external relationships, facilitates cooperation, trust and respect, values differences and diversity and guides, mentors and focuses on the development of staff.

Skills and Experiences:
COVID - 19 Requirements
- Immunisation history showing evidence of uptodate COVID vaccinations.
Cert III or higher in Business or another related field.
Minimum one (1) years' experience in similar role.
Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Effective interpersonal skills including a high standard of customer service skills and a professional phone manner.
Ability to build rapport and strong relationships with employees and external service providers.
Decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes.
Working with Children's Card (Blue Card) or be eligible to apply.
Preferred
Experience working within an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisation.
