If you are seeking a position with a reasonable commute, and enjoy warehouse type work, this could be ideal for you.

The role includes leading a team to ensure products are delivered accurately and efficiently to clients. These products are all similar, small packages, not large bulky or heavy items.


Their customers demand the very best, and this role is an integral part of contributing to the unsurpassed reputation they have gained in many years of operation.


Computer keyboard skills are also essential in being considered for this role as entering job information into a PC is part of the dispatch process.

Attitude is everything. This position is for someone with a drive and passion for what they do.

Here's what we are seeking:

  • Previous experience in warehousing / dispatch environment highly desirable
  • Previous experience in people supervision
  • Skills to motivate and drive your team to reach company standards and KPIs
  • Ability to work under pressure and organisational skills to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail booking parcels through post
  • This is a physical role, with standing and lifting involved


You will also have referees that will attest to your ability to work with a high level of care as the products you are working with are high value, and easily damaged.

This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday. Remuneration is based on your experience $26 - $30 p/hr plus super.
