About the role

Are you ready to lead, plan and deliver ATSICHS Brisbane promotional activities and events both internally and externally.

If yes, than you will enjoy to assist the development and implementation of a broad range of marketing and communication initiative across the organisation.

The role will proactively source, write and edit content for ATSICHS Brisbane's internal platforms, and will support the marketing team to rollout internal communications strategies.

Duties

  • Responsible for supporting the dayto day operations of the Marketing and Communications team.
  • In conjunction with the Manager, Marketing and Communications, develop and implement marketing and communications initiatives based on ATSICHS Brisbane strategic initiatives and operational plan.
  • Produce internal and external marketing and communication content that reflects the organisation's key messages and core philosophy.
  • Assist with the development and evaluation of digital content and initiatives to ensure maximum market reach.
  • Lead the delivery and implementation of ATSICHS Brisbane promotional activities and events.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of media in support of operational and strategic aims.
  • Commit to a high level of quality management for ATSICHS Brisbane through use of LOGIQC quality management systems and MOBnet Pathways.
  • Cultivate productive working relationships at all levels, which support the nurturing of internal and external relationships, facilitates cooperation, trust and respect, values differences and diversity and guides, mentors and focuses on the development of staff.

Skills and Experiences:

COVID - 19 Requirements

  • Immunisation history showing evidence of uptodate COVID vaccinations.
Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business/Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in a public relations/communications role.
  • Strong writing skills with a demonstrated ability to create high quality and creative communications for a variety of audiences.
  • Experience planning and implementing internal and external marketing and communication campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience with social media platforms and the creation of engaging digital content.
  • Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to build rapport and strong relationships with employees and external service providers.
  • Demonstrated ability to determine priorities, meet deadlines and achieve performance outcomes.
  • Valid police Check.
  • Blue card or willing to apply.
Preferred

  • Experience using WordPress or other website content management systems.
  • Event management experience.
