About the role
This position is responsible for leading the Human Resources Business Partners, Workplace Relations, Workforce and Establishment, and Organisational Development teams and develops cross-team partnerships and consultation with other services in People and Culture in delivering timely, quality and seamless services to our Health Service clients.
About you
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic and operational leadership to effectively manage a team to deliver high quality services to clients and to achieve outcomes against strategic and operational plans.
- Substantial record of achievement in similar roles, including the ability to achieve high quality outcomes across Human Resources service delivery, significant Human Resources projects and business improvement initiatives.
- Ability to lead and provide senior level, expert advice and consultancy services to senior management, line managers and employees across a broad range of Human Resources and Workplace Relations activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to develop high quality written communications, briefs and reports.
- Ability to solve complex problems, analyse issues from various perspectives and to exercise sound, independent judgement.
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO.12/21and the Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
