In the role of Manager (Human Resources) you will develop, negotiate and maintain relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders including the General Manager, Regional Directors, Directors, Corporate Operations and regional HR Representatives.Some of your responsibilities will include: - Provide high level strategic and operational HRM advice and support to the General Manager, Senior Management Team and branch leadership teams. Manage and high-level advice on complex and sensitive HR issues including disciplinary matters, investigations and business improvement processes including providing support and advice to the Ethical Standards Unit, Crime and Corruption Commission, Privacy Unit and Case Management Unit to ensure consistent outcomes across the Branch. Leadership and development of significant branch initiatives in the areas of workforce planning and the branch's people strategy including performance management coaching, capability development, cultural change, general Human Resource Management. Lead and support a State-wide team of HR practitioners and multi-disciplinary project teams, providing direction and guidance while enhancing the HR function's capability through fostering the continuous professional development of regional and local HR practitioners. Manage significant HR projects with responsibility for planning, resourcing, implementation, and evaluation to ensure the delivery of outcomes within set timeframes and resource allocations.What you will need to have: - Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, showcasing the ability to lead and manage a team effectively. The ability to identify HR issues, analyse situations, and develop effective solutions. Demonstrated track record of HR experience with a certification highly regarded.
