Administration Assistant

The Administration Assistant position is a new position in the agency that will play a fundamental role in the day-to-day operations of our growing agency.
Based in our Surry Hills studio, reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll be required to undertake financial, administration and operational tasks for the business. The role will require a self-starter, who can work independently within existing processes, bringing experience and enthusiasm to hone and elevate the agency’s operations where opportunity for improvement exists.
You will be required to:
- Work with the Operations Director to manage administration and financial tasks, driving agency operational effectiveness
- Manage personal workload with the ability to identify conflicting and critical deadlines
- Be a creative thinker with the ability to turn these ideas into credible actions
- Liaise with numerous internal and external stakeholders, with effective communication
You will possess:
- Experience in a complementary role (or similar discipline with strong transferable skills)
- Proven experience in financial and system administration
- A high level of accountability and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills, ability to proactively plan and drive deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
