Payroll & Budget Planning Coordinator required with one of Australia’s oldest and most visited art attractions
**Your new company**
This organisation is a Government Body who manage and display art works for the enjoyment of the community. They host a wide range of international and local artists, exhibitions, programs and events; from contemporary art to major international historic exhibitions, fashion and design, architecture, sound and dance.
**Your new role**
This position is responsible for managing assisting with the transition of the payroll to a managed service provider and for developing budgets, forecasts & preparing reports.
Your duties will include:
- Work with the Human Resources Manager and the Payroll Project Manager on the transition to a managed service for payroll
- Manage the payroll service providers to ensure they meet security, compliance, performance and service requirements
- Responsibly manage risk, including Superannuation and PAYG obligations and contract management.
- In consultation with the Head of Human Resources and the Human Resources Manager, develop budgets and forecasts for Human Resources costs.
- Prepare reports to meet business and compliance needs, including for EOFY, government and legislative requirements.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will have strong experience in end to end payroll processing, as well as a strong background in finance to assist with the development of budgets & forecasts. Strong data analysis skills will be required to interpret data & costs against budgets.
**What you'll get in return**
This job presents an opportunity to obtain a 2 year fixed term contract within a widely known organisation. The salary on offer is $91,000 + Super, with the role offering hybrid flexibility.
