**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our Maintenance Team at our Western Port Manufacturing facility as an **Electrical Equipment Specialist**. As a part of the broader Australian Steel Products Portfolio, we have five major manufacturing sites at Western Port which operate 24 x 7 and deliver a variety of products, innovative solutions and services to export and domestic customers.

**What Will You Do?**

Working in a supportive environment, you will contribute to the safety of our people, the quality of our product and the reliability of our equipment. You will achieve this by:

- assisting in troubleshooting day-to-day problems, recommending robust solutions
- analysing maintenance history and perform root cause analysis and reporting
- working with the wider maintenance team and contribute to planning and continuous improvement initiatives
- undertaking reporting and inspections to develop short and longer-term solutions

**More About You**

Coming from a strong electrical trade or electrical engineering background, you will bring:

- an electrical trade or related qualifications
- a commitment to your own safety and wellbeing and care for others
- experience with process line equipment including motors, PLC’s and the ability to utilise electrical schematics to establish root cause
- experience working both independently and as part of a manufacturing team
- strong attention to detail with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
