Education Programs Producer (Humanities)
Australia's largest public museum organisation is seeking an Education Programs Producer (Humanities) to develop and deliver curriculum-based programs to meet the learning needs of diverse education audiences

ABOUT THE POSITION
The position is accountable for developing and delivering education programs which contribute to achieving the mission of Museums Victoria and address the goals of the Victorian Curriculum, with a focus on Humanities curriculum area, and consistent with the requirements of Department of Education (DoE) including the Strategic Partnerships Program and Victorian Catholic Education Authority (VCEA).
NOTABE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful applicant will have experience in
- Proven ability to develop and deliver innovative curriculum aligned education programs, meeting the needs of diverse learners using a range of technologies and contemporary approaches to learning.
- Ability to use digital technology and tools to create and deliver virtual education programs.
- Demonstrated ability to co-ordinate and lead projects, ensuring that targets and objectives are achieved within agreed timeframes.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with key stakeholders, particularly professional teaching associations and/or school communities and organisations, regarding education projects.
- Demonstrated capacity to evaluate programs and use insights and expertise derived from programming to critically reflect on and evaluate professional practice in order to enhance the development and delivery of programs.
- Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for own performance and to work effectively in team and individual situations.
- The successful applicant is required to have Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration (or relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience) and be willing to undergo and meet the cost of a Working with Children Check and be assessed as suitable.

OTHER INFORMATION
This is a Part-time ongoing position. The salary on offer is $92,332 base of grade (pro rata) + 11% superannuation.
