**About the Opportunity**

The Education Programs Producer is responsible for the design and coordination of new and innovative onsite and online education experiences for primary and secondary school audiences.

The role is responsible for overseeing onsite and online curriculum-linked education programs and events and ensuring quality and effectiveness in program production and delivery. As an integral part of the Education team, the Education Programs Producer plays a key role in building the capabilities of the team while fostering a sense of collaboration.

The Education Programs Producer is also responsible for designing curriculum-aligned resources to complement programs, and to support teachers in extending learning in the classroom. The role also ensures that education delivery staff are adequately resourced and trained to deliver compelling and effective education programs for our diverse schools audiences.

This role sits within the Education team in Audience Engagement and reports to the Manager Education Program.

**About You**

In addition, you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in secondary or primary teaching and a current and valid Victorian Institute of Teaching registration.
- Demonstrated experience in operational coordination of a team of people in an education or cultural sector context.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering curriculum-linked education programs and events, preferably in an education or cultural organisation setting.
- Demonstrated experience in project management to ensure budgets, timelines and outcomes are met.
- A track record of managing successful collaborations and stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in upskilling team members in best pedagogical practices.
