**The Company**

This Centre is a well-known shopping destination in the western suburbs with a variety of specialty retail outlets. This varied position based in an office environment is working as part of the tight-knit team that keeps the Centre running on a day-to-day basis.

**The Role**

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

- Supporting strategic marketing plans and budget including positioning and branding strategies.
- Training and managing the marketing and concierge teams to perform effectively in current roles and for future growth
- Advertising, promotions, and communications including social media and website
- Ensuring that all marketing is consistent with the brand image and strategic intent
- Reporting against various success metrics
- Contributing at a strategic level developing successful marketing campaigns and promotions that align with the Centres values and market positioning

To succeed you will be a hands on manager with the experience, ability and commercial acumen to undertake and implement various initiatives across multiple platforms. You will balance creative flair with brand management and love the opportunity to put your own marketing stamp on the Centre and the role.

**Skills & Experience**

Key to your success will be prior experience in a general marketing role with exposure to events, promotions, digital marketing and preparing marketing collateral. To succeed you will be a hands on manager with the experience. Tertiary qualification in marketing will be highly regarded, as will experience in shopping centre or retail management. As this is a role requiring you to to be a very visible part of the team and build relationships with a range of stakeholders, strong customer service skills will be essential.
