**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are searching for a **Workforce Scheduler **to join our high performing team based in North Ryde. This role involves liaising with both our internal team members and our construction partners, ensuring we maintain our schedule and target dates and accurately report updates for our client.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be joining a dedicated, dynamic, and agile team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various individuals such as Project Engineers, Logistics, Operational leaders, and functional teams.

**ABOUT YOU**

This role would suit a Junior Scheduler seeking progression or an experienced Scheduler seeking a lateral move. Exposure to a ticket of work environment is highly advantageous. Your persistent nature will ensure our construction partners and internal employees are held accountable, enabling us to meet critical deadlines.

Some key skills we are searching for:

- The ability to work well under pressure and prioritise your workload to align to deadlines.
- Prior experience with Dynamics and/or Service Key highly advantageous.
- A high level of computer literacy and willingness to learn new computer systems/programs where required.
- A proactive, positive, and welcoming manner with a high degree of self-motivation, initiative and strong attention to detail.
