Project Scheduler

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilising your engineering skills to analyse current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement effective solutions to enhance overall project performance.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and contractors, ensuring clarity and cohesion in all project activities.
- Develop, coordinate, and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets, aligning them with best engineering practices for maximum efficiency.
- Employ your engineering insights to guide and improve contractor performance, ensuring technical precision, quality standards, and safety adherence.
- Ensure all project activities are in line with relevant state and federal laws.
- Maintain detailed records and reports, and the ability to analyse data and present insightful updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with strong relevance to construction and project management.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a role that blends engineering with project coordination.
- Proven track record in process optimisation and efficiency improvement within a construction or related industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and analytical abilities, with a detail-oriented approach to project management.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools used in project management.
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
