**Exciting opportunity to work with the Associate Director of Alumni Relations, and in consultation with DVCEE, Global Engagement and Future Students, develop, implement, and evaluate an international alumni relations plan.**

The Alumni Relations Coordinator, International will support University Engagement strategic initiatives to increase alumni participation and support for the University by developing and coordinating a suite of alumni engagement initiatives for alumni residing overseas; providing project management and research support to alumni and donor engagement events on senior executive missions; and identifying international alumni of interest.

In conjunction with the Associate Director of Alumni Relations, the ED Advancement and DVC-External Engagement, and working closely with the Global Engagement and Future Student teams, the position will develop an international alumni plan and actively work to identify and manage relationships with international alumni and provide support for domestic alumni engagement events. The position will provide advice and guidance as well as direction in relation to best practice in alumni programming to international volunteers and work as part of a broader alumni relations team to steward alumni and deliver recognition and giving programs.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Events management experience.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with experience brokering high-level relationships with diverse stakeholders from cross-cultural backgrounds and audiences that yield positive outcomes and productive partnerships.
- Budget management experience and the ability to innovate business practice to positively impact outcomes.
- Committed and tenacious with a proven ability to work effectively across cultures with a broad array of stakeholders and staff at all levels.
- A commitment to building and maintaining a service and innovation culture that delivers and exceeds stakeholders’ expectations and reflects our institutional value of excellence.
