**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 6 months paid experience**: Working in Aged Care as an AIN/PCW.
- **Own Transport (Car)**: Essential for travel between facilities.
- **Certificate III or Cert IV in Aged Care**: Demonstrated knowledge and skills.
- **Current Police Check**: Essential for working with vulnerable individuals.
- **Full Working Rights in Australia**: Required for employment.
- **Sound Knowledge of Manual Handling & COVID Safe Practices**: Commitment to safety.
- **Up-to-date COVID and Flu Vaccination Records**: Prioritizing resident health.
- **Passion for Providing Excellent Care**: Genuine dedication to resident well-being.
