**About the role**
As an experienced and qualified Care Support employee, you will be responsible for advocating and caring of our clients for variety of roles based in the community. As part of a supported team, you will need to be flexible across various shifts, respite and ongoing services in our community. We seek those who are compassionate, dedicated and enjoy building relationships with your clients.

**What your day will look like**
- Ensure clients arrive to appointments on time
- Assist clients to achieve their activities of daily living
- Deliver high quality services in a home environment
- Implementing interventions to a personalised care plan
- Document in cloud-based client software
- Medication assist
- Prepare and serve meals

**To apply, you will need**:

- A love for helping others.
- Qualification in Individual Support, Aged Care or Health Services Assistance
- Current Working with Childrens Check and Police Check
- Current NDIS Worker screening check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Driver's licence
- Evidence of current flu vaccination
- Evidence of 3 x Covid vaccinations
- Experienced in working within facility and/or in community environment.
- Australian Citizen or have full working rights in Australia
- Excellent communication skills
